1. Prices, taxes, and currencies
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Depending on the location or the selected currency, they may also be displayed in other currencies (for example, USD or GBP) for informational purposes. The store’s base currency is the euro; the final amount may vary slightly depending on the exchange rate and the bank’s fees/commissions.
2. Payment
Payment is made through the secure Redsys payment gateway, which allows the use of debit/credit card and Bizum. The charge is made at the time the order is confirmed. The transaction is processed directly on the servers of Redsys and the banking institutions through encrypted connections. We do not have access to nor store the full card or Bizum details; we only receive confirmation of payment in order to process the order.
3. Shipping
We ship from Spain within a maximum of 7 working days from order confirmation. Delivery times may vary due to reasons beyond our control (carriers, holidays, logistical issues, etc.).

- Zone 1 (United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden): €15
- Zone 2 (Albania, Andorra, Bosnia, Monaco, Norway, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine): €20
- Zone 3 (Russia, Belarus, Iceland, Serbia, Canada, USA, Mexico, Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Peru, Armenia, South Korea, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand): €25
Shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to additional taxes, duties and/or customs fees. These charges are not included in the order total or shipping costs and must be fully borne by the customer.

4. Returns and right of withdrawal
The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase, provided that the product is in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging. To exercise this right, the customer must contact us at contacto@fondosur1980.com indicating the order number and the items to be returned. Unless there is an error or defect, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
5. Defective products or shipping errors
If the product arrives defective or incorrect, the customer must notify contacto@fondosur1980.com as soon as possible. A replacement or refund will be offered, and in these cases the collection and reshipping costs will be borne by the seller.
6. Order cancellation by the seller
The seller reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a manifest pricing error, lack of stock, payment issues, suspected fraud, or other serious causes. In such case, all amounts paid will be fully refunded.
7. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction shall correspond to the courts and tribunals in accordance with applicable law.
8. Seller
Purchases made at www.fondosur1980.com are managed by the person responsible identified on the Legal Notice, Privacy and Cookies page.
